Special amenities delivered to guest rooms are usually reserved for VIP’s, Inner Circle guests or guests with whom we are trying to perform service recovery (in other words, we’ve upset them and now we’re trying to make them happy!).
Although amenities are not always food or drinks, the Rooms Division often relies on the Restaurant and Kitchen teams to create food or beverage-related amenities that they can deliver to VIP’s and high-value guests.
We would like your help in creating four new VIP amenities for four different guest profiles. Here is a bit of information about each of the four types of guest we are trying to impress.
